At Velte, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is as smooth and reliable as possible — from the moment you place your order to the day your new handbag arrives at your door.
We understand that our customers value both speed and care, which is why we work with trusted delivery partners and maintain a transparent process every step of the way.

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. It also outlines the costs, timelines, and responsibilities involved to ensure complete clarity before you make a purchase.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, Velte ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are actively exploring future expansion to other regions.

Orders placed with a delivery address outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded in full.

All orders are shipped from our main distribution center within the U.S. to ensure consistency, quality control, and reliable delivery times.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

We begin preparing your order as soon as it is placed.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders received before 2:00 PM (GMT-5) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-5) will be processed the following business day.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for order verification, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Our processing schedule applies Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

Shipping and Delivery Timelines

Once your order is processed, it enters the shipping phase. We use trusted carriers to ensure that your package reaches you securely and on time.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days from the date of order

Delivery times vary slightly depending on your location, local carrier schedules, and weather or service conditions.
We always provide full tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Weekend delivery is not currently available.

Shipping Rate

Velte offers a flat shipping rate of $20 on all orders shipped within the United States, regardless of order size or quantity.
This fee covers packaging, handling, and delivery through a reliable shipping carrier.

At this time, we do not offer:

  • Free shipping promotions
  • Expedited or overnight delivery options

We plan to introduce these services in the future as our logistics network expands.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment, depending on the carrier’s system.

You can use this tracking information to monitor:

  • Shipment dispatch and transit updates
  • Estimated delivery dates
  • Delivery confirmation

If your tracking link doesn’t update after a reasonable time or shows irregular activity, please contact us for assistance.

Packaging and Handling

Every Velte handbag is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Your order will include:

  • Protective inner packaging to prevent scratches or creasing
  • A branded dust bag (for applicable handbags)
  • Secure outer packaging designed to withstand standard shipping conditions

We encourage you to retain your original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your purchase, in case a return is needed.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information — including name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code — is entered correctly at checkout.

Velte is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost packages resulting from customer-provided address errors
  • Additional delivery fees incurred due to address corrections after dispatch

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact support@velte.shop as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel:

  • The package will be returned to Velte.
  • Customers may choose to have the package reshipped for an additional $20 flat-rate fee, or
  • Request a refund for the order value (excluding the original shipping fee).

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your delivery at the provided address during standard delivery hours.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we do everything possible to ensure timely deliveries, external factors such as severe weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal volume can occasionally cause disruptions.

If your shipment appears lost or delayed:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at support@velte.shop with your order number so we can assist you in filing a claim or locating your package.

Velte is not responsible for delays outside of our control once a package has been handed over to the carrier, but we will always help you resolve any issues.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives with visible external damage, we recommend refusing the delivery and notifying the carrier immediately.
If you have already accepted the package, please take clear photos of the damaged box and item, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the situation promptly and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified only before shipment.
Once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, changes are no longer possible.

To request an order change or cancellation, please contact support@velte.shop as soon as possible.
We recommend contacting us within 1 hour of placing your order for the best chance of adjustment.

Holiday and High-Demand Periods

During major holidays, promotional events, or high-demand periods, please allow additional processing and shipping time.
Velte will always notify customers via our website or email if extended delivery times are expected.
