  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original condition, including all original tags, dust bags, protective wrapping, and packaging materials.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their own expense.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality control reasons. Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom, personalized, or special-order handbags.

Exchanges

At this time, Velte does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, color, or style, you may return your original order (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order separately.

Return Method and Shipping Responsibility

All returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided by our support team once your return request has been approved.

  • Return Label: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your package is safely returned. Velte is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refunds and Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days after approval.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
  • Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    Ship the package using a trackable carrier of your choice. Retain your tracking number until your refund is processed.
  5. Receive Refund Confirmation
    Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund minus applicable fees and notify you via email.
