Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for items purchased directly from velte.shop that meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The handbag is new, unused, and in its original condition, including packaging, dust bags, and tags.
  • The return has been approved by Velte Customer Support before being shipped.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is included.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Used or damaged handbags.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-refundable.

Any item that does not meet the eligibility criteria will be returned to you at your expense.

Refundable and Non-Refundable Situations

You may receive a refund if:

  • The handbag arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You changed your mind and the product remains in brand-new condition.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, stains, or alteration.
  • The request is made after the 30-day period.

Refund Method

Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 7 business days, depending on your card provider or bank.

No Restocking Fee

Velte does not charge any restocking fee.
You will receive a full refund of the product price, provided your return meets our eligibility requirements.

Shipping Costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning non-defective items.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt of your item.
  • Our team will review and process your refund within 7 business days.
  • You will then receive a final confirmation once your refund is issued.

If your return is not approved (for example, the item was used or damaged), the handbag will be returned to you at your expense.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your handbag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Once verified, Velte will cover the return shipping cost and offer either:

  • A replacement handbag (if stock is available), or
  • A full refund of your purchase price.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Receive Authorization
    Our team will review your request and provide approval and instructions within 2–3 business days.
  3. Ship the Item
    Pack the handbag securely with all tags, accessories, and original packaging. Ship it using a trackable courier of your choice.
  4. Confirmation and Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a refund confirmation via email.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated time frame:

  • Recheck your bank or card account.
  • Contact your credit card provider or bank, as posting times can vary.
