1. What does Velte sell?
Velte is dedicated exclusively to shoes. Our range includes casual, formal, and lifestyle footwear for everyday wear, designed to provide durability, comfort, and style without compromise.

All orders are processed and shipped from facilities within the United States.
3. What are Velte’s business hours?
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, GMT-6). Any inquiries made outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside the United States. We are working to expand internationally soon, and once this changes, we’ll update our policy and FAQs.
5. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat $20 shipping fee on all domestic orders, regardless of the number of items or weight.
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (order verification, packaging).
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days depending on location.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days from the day you place your order.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package in real time. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to activate after shipping.
8. What happens if my tracking shows “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my order?
- First, check around your property and with neighbors.
- Confirm your shipping address is correct in your order confirmation email.
- If still missing, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate with the carrier.
- Important: If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, Velte is not liable for theft after delivery. We recommend using a secure address or requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.
9. What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging.
- Returns due to change of mind, size issues, or wrong color ordered by the customer.
- Returns caused by our error (wrong item, damaged product, manufacturing defect) will have no fee, and return shipping is covered by us.
10. What is your refund policy?
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
- Processing time is up to 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Original shipping fees ($20 flat) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- If you paid using a method with bank processing delays (e.g., debit card), additional time may apply.
11. What if I receive a damaged item?
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund with no cost to you.
12. What if I receive the wrong item or size?
- Contact us immediately with photos of the incorrect item.
- We will send you the correct item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
- No restocking fee applies in this case.
13. Can I exchange my order?
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days if the size or style doesn’t work for you.
- The item must be unworn and in original packaging.
- Customers cover shipping costs for exchanges unless due to an error on our part.
14. Can I cancel or modify my order?
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- After this period, orders are sent for processing and cannot be changed.
15. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay and other major cards.
All payments are encrypted and processed through secure gateways.
16. Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and secure payment processors. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
17. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by state and federal laws and calculated at checkout.
18. What if my order is lost in transit?
- If your package exceeds the maximum shipping window (9 business days) and tracking shows no movement, contact us.
- We will investigate and either resend or refund your order.
19. Do you have a size guide?
Yes, every product page includes a size guide. If unsure, contact us, and we’ll help you select the right size.
20. What materials are your shoes made of?
Material details are listed on each product page. We prioritize durable, comfortable, and ethically sourced materials.
21. Do you offer bulk discounts or custom orders?
Currently, we do not provide bulk discounts or custom design services. However, we’re exploring options for future offerings.
22. Are there any hidden fees?
No. We are fully transparent the only additional cost beyond your purchase is the flat $20 shipping fee and any applicable sales tax.
23. Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
24. What happens during holiday seasons?
During peak holiday seasons, processing or transit times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes and carrier delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.
